With global concern over changing environmental issues, we are challenged to find a way of building that will ensure the longevity and health of our environmental, economic, and social resources. Discussion about the importance of improving and re-using our existing building stock must be approached. A sustainable city must create an integrated ecology if it is to achieve a measure of resilience. The heritage of the physical area should be captured and repurposed in the integration of a sustainable future.
